Mendham Twp - Charlene Anne Conroy passed away at home on Sunday, July 30, 2017 after a brave battle with breast cancer. She was 57.
Born in Staten Island to Jack Rogoff and the late Martha Pryshepa Rogoff, she was a resident of Staten Island before moving to the Brookside section of Mendham Township in 1991.
She was a parishioner of St. Joseph's R. C. Church for many years where she taught CCD. She was a member of the Brookside Fire Company Ladies' Auxiliary, the Mendham Junior Women's Club, the Mendham Business Association, the Minutemen Sports Club, and was a girl scout leader. To her family, she was "The Best Mom Ever."
Mrs. Conroy was a financial advisor, serving as a Vice President Investment Officer for Wells Fargo Advisors in Florham Park. In her spare time, Charlene enjoyed spending time with her husband and two daughters, vacationing in North Carolina and always lived life to the fullest.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband Robert "Bob" Conroy, two daughters, Caitlin and Mackenzie, her brother John Rogoff, two sisters, Judi Sasnauskas and Paula Stawarz, two sisters-in-law, Patricia Governara and Louisa Rogoff, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday and Thursday August 2and August 3, from 2-4 and 7-9 each day. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 10:30 AM. A private cremation will follow.
