She was 85.Born in Brooklyn, NY, she lived in Hartsdale, NY for 25 years before moving to Mendham in 1978. Mrs. Conti was a homemaker. Her family will remember her as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who actively participated and took joy in family gatherings and outside activities such as bridge, yoga, and bowling. She was also a school volunteer for many years. Her husband Andrew died in 2003. She is survived by her daughter Andrea Conti of Mendham, and Carol Wasco and her husband Joseph of Saylorsburg, PA. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, Brian, Courtney, Jeffrey, Kellie, Michael and Shannon Wasco, cousins, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-8pm at the Bailey Funeral Home, 8 Hilltop Rd., Mendham. Funeral Mass Saturday 12 noon at St. Luke Parish, Long Valley.
